Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups old fashioned oats uncooked
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 cup almonds sliced
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 oz butter (1/2 stick) melted
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raisins or other dried fruit (add after baking)

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In large bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the raisins.  Mix well and spread on baking sheet with borders.  Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and mix well.  Let cool completely before adding raisins.
