Ingredients
  • 1/2cup oats
  • ½cup fat free milk
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup bananasliced
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds or almondssliced
Instructions
  1. Add oats to a clear container of your choice and pour milk and add a layer of blueberries and then a layer of banana slices. Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a couple hours later.
  2. Top with chia seeds or almond slices right before eating.
