Ingredients
- 3 large bananas mashed
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, whipped
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
- Heat oven to 325° F. Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix bananas, sugar, oil and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Let cool completely before removing from pan and slicing.
